What your agent can and can't do
Your agent can read and explain your account. Every trade it prepares needs your confirmation.
Follow these steps
- Always: it reads your balances, positions and history, explains prices, charts and news, and answers you in the app and on Telegram.
- Only while it's on: it prepares trades and moves between your pockets as cards, sets orders that wait for a price, sets price alerts and passes a problem to the team.
- Doesn't: it doesn't send money out of your wallet, and it doesn't switch itself on or run a card you haven't confirmed.
- An order that waits for a price runs when the price gets there, with no second confirmation. Cancel it any time in Waiting.
- To see this list in the app, tap the log icon at the top of the Agent tab, then Rules. On a computer, click Learn more under the switch.
- Price alerts also work without your agent: the bell on a token or perps chart sets one, with the switch on or off.

Your agent tells you what it can do right now, with its switch on or off.
If it didn't work
- It says it can only read? Its switch is off. See Switch your agent on or off.
- A move you don't recognise? Check the agent's log first: every move is there with its reason. Then tell your agent.
- With the switch off, your agent can't pass a problem to the team. Write to [email protected] with your wallet address.
