Overview

Onagi brings token swaps, perpetuals and prediction markets together on Robinhood Chain. Trade yourself, or tell the agent what you want and confirm the order it prepares.

  1. You own the money. Your wallet and venue accounts stay in your name. Onagi has a limited trading permission, which you can revoke. Custody and permissions.
  2. Fees fund the ecosystem. Trading fees fund holder rewards, the treasury, buyback and referral rewards. The same published allocation applies to both fee sources. Reward rules.
  3. The record is public. Rewards, conversions and burns have on-chain evidence. How to verify it.

Your money: the custody model

Onagi does not hold user funds. Sign-in creates your embedded wallet. Your embedded wallet is yours; its key is secured by Privy, not by Onagi. You grant a limited permission to trade through three pockets in your name.

Cash USDG on Robinhood Chain Your embedded wallet on Robinhood Chain. Token swaps spend from here and rewards arrive here. Add USDG from a wallet or exchange; it is available after confirmation, with no deposit minimum or review.
Perps your own Lighter account Your Lighter account. New positions use isolated margin. A move to or from Cash usually takes 15 to 60 seconds.
Predict your own Polymarket wallet Your Polymarket wallet. Prediction tickets spend from here. A move to or from Cash usually takes 15 to 60 seconds; a move between Perps and Predict goes through Cash and usually takes 1 to 2 minutes.

The permission, precisely

The same limited signing permission applies to every user. Your wallet signs changes to the agent switch on the Agent page.

OperationAllowedDetail
Open and close positions in your nameYesTokens from the wallet, perps from your Lighter account, predictions from your Polymarket wallet.
Move money between your pocketsOn requestOnly between accounts in your name. See Moving money below.
Pay gas for a move or a swapYesYou do not need to keep ETH for these actions. Onagi supplies the gas and collects it from your wallet in USDG as a network fee.
Send funds to any other addressNoOnagi has no feature that does this: the permission is used only to trade, pay fees and move money between your own accounts. Sending to another address is your own action, confirmed by you in the app and signed by your own wallet.
Let the agent act on your instructionsOnly while its switch is onOff: the agent only reads and explains. It prepares no new order or transfer. Orders you already confirmed that wait for a price keep working until you cancel them.
RevokeAny timeSwitch the agent off or remove its trading permission on the Agent page. Removing the permission stops new trades and cancels waiting orders, including stops and targets on tokens. Your open Perps positions keep their stop and target and you can still close them; Onagi's trading key for your Lighter account is deleted once they are closed. Your tokens and prediction tickets stay in your wallets, and selling them on Onagi resumes when you allow trading again.

Onagi will never ask for your recovery phrase or your private key. Anyone who asks is a scammer, whatever they claim to be.

Moving money

Use Transfer in your profile, or ask in chat and confirm the prepared card; minimum move $2. Cash moves directly to and from Perps and Predict; a move between Perps and Predict goes through Cash in two steps. The + beside a Perps or Predict ticket's balance opens Transfer with that pocket selected. To send money outside Onagi, first move it back to Cash, then send it yourself from your wallet.

Margin: isolated per position

New perps positions use isolated margin: each has its own margin and liquidation price, so its loss is limited to that margin. An existing position in shared margin keeps that mode when you add to it. Leverage multiplies exposure, not balance: $10 of margin at 10x is a $100 position.

The venue closes an isolated position when its remaining margin reaches the maintenance level. At 10x that is a move of about 9% against you, at 20x about 4%. Read the liquidation price on the ticket and position, not only the leverage number. The same rule applies to positions opened through the agent.

Architecture

Four layers connect your wallet to the markets and the fee pipeline. The execution layer acts on venues with your permission, in your name.

The agent: orders on your instructions

Tell the agent what you want, in chat on the Agent page or in Telegram. It prepares the order and shows it to you as a card. Nothing happens until you confirm.

  1. You ask. For example "long ETH 5x with $50", "buy $20 of ONAGI" or "move $20 to Predict".
  2. It prepares a card. The card shows the order as the agent understood it. Read it before you confirm.
  3. You confirm. Only then is the order sent, through the same guard as an order you place by hand. Cancel the card and nothing is sent.

Orders that wait for a price

You can also ask for an order that waits for a price you name: a limit entry that opens a position, a token buy, a stop loss or a take profit. After you confirm it, it is listed under Waiting on the Agent page and is sent automatically when its condition is met, without another confirmation. Cancel it there, or ask the agent to cancel it, at any time before it fires. A price alert waits the same way but only sends you a message; it never trades.

The switch

The agent has an on and off switch on the Agent page, and only your wallet can change it. On, the agent prepares orders and moves between your pockets for you to confirm. Off, it only reads and explains and prepares nothing new; orders you already confirmed that wait for a price keep working until you cancel them. The switch sits on top of the trading permission, which your own trades by hand also use.

Ask it what is going on

In Telegram or on the Agent page, ask what is happening with your account or a market: your balances and positions, a chart reading, a token's background, a prediction market's resolution rules, or news with its source and age. The agent explains the data; your trading decisions stay yours.

What you can trade through it

The same markets you trade by hand: tokens, perpetuals and predictions, with the same fees and the same checks. You can search by token address on the Tokens board. Perp orders must meet the minimum size set by the exchange for each market; token swaps have no minimum.

The Tokens board labels Pons and LONG launches separately. Bonding tracks Pons by curve progress and LONG by progress toward a $50K market cap, when it joins the main board.

Execution and guards

Every perps and token order, whether you place it on the site or through the agent in chat, is checked by the same guard before it reaches a venue and is checked again after it fills. Prediction tickets pass their own checks before they are sent. Figure 9 shows the lifecycle.

Figure 3. Order lifecycle. A rejection at the guard sends nothing to the venue. A completed venue trade cannot be undone, so the post-fill checks record and flag rather than reverse.

Guard checks

The guard runs the same checks for every perps and token order. A check that fails rejects the order before anything reaches the venue, and the reason is shown to you.

CheckRule
Market listEvery leveraged market the venue lists on Perps can be traded, by hand and by the agent. The leverage cap depends on the market and is shown on the card. The Tokens board is open: any listed token can be bought from it by hand.
Price freshnessA new perps position is refused when the latest venue price is more than 120 seconds old.
SlippageBefore a position is opened, its expected slippage is estimated from the order book for perps and from pool depth for tokens, and must stay under the cap for that market type.
SizeAn order must meet the venue's minimum size for that market.
After the fillA fill far from the reference price is recorded and flagged for review; a completed venue trade cannot be undone.

Failure handling

ConditionBehaviour
Venue does not answer, or answers ambiguouslyThe order is treated as unknown, not as rejected. The venue is queried before anything is written; the user is told only what is certain.
Fill differs from the ledgerThe ledger is checked against the venue's own record, which is the reference. A difference is flagged to the operators and corrected to match the venue.
Price feed staleWhen the latest venue price is older than the limit, no new perps positions open until a fresh one arrives. Open positions continue to be managed.
Component downA watchdog restarts services and alerts the operators. Unavailable components on the order path block new orders until service recovers.

Fee schedule

These are Onagi's trading fees. Manual and agent orders pay the same rates, with no exemptions.

  • Tokens: 1% per platform swap. Charged in USDG from your Cash wallet. Token swaps have no minimum size.
  • Perpetuals: 0.10% per order is Onagi's share, on top of the venue's own fee. Liquidation carries a separate venue fee on the position size, at that market's current rate. Each market has a minimum order size set by the exchange, read live per market. It moves with price. Onagi's own floor is $11: an order needs $11 or the market's higher minimum.
  • Predictions: 1% when you buy a ticket, and 1% if you sell before resolution. Hold to resolution and there is no fee on the payout. Some markets also carry Polymarket's own fee, which depends on the price; tap the price on the ticket to see both fees in dollars before you buy.
  • Bringing money from another network: 0.5% of the amount is Onagi's share, taken inside the bridge; the same applies when Bring converts ETH already in your wallet. The bridge (Relay) adds its own fee. The approval window shows both in dollars before you slide.

A friend who joins through an invite link gets 10% of their Tokens, Perps and Predict fees back as a referral reward. See Referrals.

ONAGI trading on Pons

ONAGI buys and sells pay 3% in total: Pons' 1% base fee plus Onagi's 2% creator fee.

2.7% goes to the pool: 0.7% from the base fee plus the full creator fee. The remaining 0.3% stays with Pons. These percentages are shares of trading volume, on both buys and sells. These fees enter the fee pool after they are claimed from Fee Escrow.

Fee allocation and holder rewards

Platform trading fees and ONAGI creator fees fund the same fee pool. For a friend who joined through an invite link, referral rewards come off that friend's platform fees first, and the rest joins the pool. The current allocation and eligibility rules are public; when they change, this page shows the new ones.

Holding timeSince the previous hourly snapshotTo count in an hourly round, a wallet must have held its tokens since the previous hourly snapshot: we use the smaller of its balance now and one hour ago. The 10,000 threshold and the share both use that smaller amount.
Reward floor$0.50 net per transferCurrent share plus previous accrual, less transfer gas, must reach the floor. Otherwise the full unsent share stays recorded for that wallet. A wallet that is no longer in the snapshot is sent its recorded share in the next cycle without the floor.
Batched transfersOne transaction, many walletsHolder rewards and referral rewards go out in batches, so every wallet in a cycle is sent within the same hour, however many there are. Each wallet still has its own USDG transfer record on chain.
Network feeDeducted from the shareThe gas of the reward transfer is taken out of that wallet's share.
Rounding remainderCarried to the next cycleA division that cannot be split evenly leaves a fraction of a cent in the pool.

Current parameters. The record file publishes the running values.

The cycle, step by step

  1. Collect fees. Platform fees reach the treasury; referral rewards on invited friends' fees are set aside first. ONAGI creator fees follow the Pons fee breakdown above. They first accrue in Pons Fee Escrow and enter this pool only after they are claimed into the treasury.
  2. Allocate the pool. 25% to the treasury goes to its cold wallet in ETH, for infrastructure and the team; 25% to the buyback wallet is sent in ETH. The 50% for holder rewards is converted to USDG. Existing unsent holder balances, unsent referral rewards and the gas cushion are reserved, not counted as new fees.
  3. Snapshot eligible wallets. Each wallet counts with the smaller of its balance now and its balance at the snapshot one hour earlier. The first hourly check after launch has no earlier snapshot, so no round opens then; the pool carries over to the next hour and nothing is lost. Exclude the Pons curve, liquidity pool, permanent locker and Fee Escrow; treasury, vesting, buyback and other platform wallets; exchange and bot addresses that the team lists by hand. A wallet that never signed in receives no new share. The platform never rewards its own wallets; individually owned team wallets can qualify after vested tokens are transferred to them.
  4. Send and record. Allocate the holder rewards pool in proportion to eligible balances, with no cap. Send USDG directly to each wallet that clears the net floor: no credit, no lock, no expiry. Carry smaller amounts in that wallet's name. Publish the completed cycle and its transaction hashes. Buybacks and burns run separately from the rewards.

Technical detail: eligibility and reward arithmetic

Reference semantics

The eligibility predicate and the reward arithmetic are small enough to state exactly. The notation below is illustrative; the running implementation applies the same rules to the on-chain holder set.

eligibility and pro-rata share
// A wallet counts with the smaller of its two hourly balances.
counted(w) = min(balance(w, now), balance(w, oneHourAgo))

// A wallet is eligible when all three hold at the snapshot.
eligible(w) = counted(w) >= 10_000 ONAGI
           && signedInOnce(w)
&& w ∉ EXCLUDED // pool, locker, treasury, vesting, buyback, hand-listed exchanges and bots

// The holder rewards pool, after conversion to USDG.
feePool = newFeesAfterReserves // after referral rewards, unsent balances and gas cushion
rewardsPool = convertToUSDG(feePool * 0.50)

// Before gas, for balances that all remain eligible.
share(w) = rewardsPool * counted(w) / sum(counted(v) for v in eligible)

// Only send when the net transfer clears the floor.
net(w) = accrued(w) + share(w) - networkFee
if net(w) >= 0.50 then send(w, net(w)); accrued(w) = 0
else accrued(w) = accrued(w) + share(w) // carried in the wallet's name

Nothing is held back

There is no reward cap or discretionary extra share. Below the pool threshold, funds wait for the next check. Below the reward floor, your share stays recorded for your wallet. Rounding remainders join the next cycle; the gas reserve covers network costs.

Figure 7. Illustrative accrual. Unpaid shares add up in the wallet's name. Once the total after gas reaches $0.50, that net amount is sent; the blocks are not an actual reward record.

Splitting eligible balances brings no extra share. Proportional allocation is the same before gas only if every wallet still meets the token threshold and sign-in rule. More wallets can mean more transfer fees or longer waits to clear the floor.

Referrals

Every account has an invite link. A friend who signs up through it gets part of their Onagi fees back and you get part of the rest, in USDG, every hour, for as long as they trade.

Verification

Open the public rewards record to see completed cycles. Transaction hashes let you check the money on-chain, independently of the totals shown on the site.

The record file

The cycle ledger is served as a static JSON document at /data/cycles.json. It is written only after a cycle has completed on-chain; a cycle that is still running never appears in it. The fields are stable and are what the site's own record page reads.

Record format: field reference

This is a field reference, not an example reward. Amounts are US dollars, times are UTC, and transaction hashes point to Robinhood Chain.

FieldsMeaning

What the treasury tokens are for

The 8% is the project's only stock of its own token, and the treasury decides how to use it: the team's pay and running costs, liquidity on new venues, listings, partnerships and campaigns. Every movement from the treasury wallet is public on Robinhood Chain. Tokens handed to individual team members become ordinary holdings; those wallets sign in and receive rewards like everyone else, while the treasury wallet itself never does.

Buyback and burn

The buyback allocation funds open-market purchases followed by burns:

  • Its own wallet, its own key. ETH accumulates in the published buyback wallet, apart from the treasury, and that wallet has a key of its own.
  • Hourly and automatic. Every hour, after the rewards cycle has moved the buyback share into the wallet, a scheduled run buys with the ETH that has built up, within the limits below. Nobody starts it by hand. If a run cannot complete, the ETH stays in the buyback wallet for the next run; if runs keep failing, the team is alerted. Runs pause while an emergency stop is in place.
  • Small and regular. Purchases are spread out to limit price impact and exposure to sniping bots: at most five purchases of up to 0.02 ETH each per run, with a 1% slippage limit.
  • Burned, not held. Every token bought goes to the burn address; circulating supply falls.
  • Public. Every purchase and every burn is a transaction anyone can find.

Questions

Do I have to deposit anything?

No trading deposit is required to be eligible for rewards. Hold enough ONAGI and sign in once; eligibility and payment thresholds apply.

Can I withdraw a reward?

A sent reward is already USDG in your Cash wallet. Move it, trade it or keep it. Smaller unpaid shares accrue until they clear the floor.

Can Onagi move my money somewhere else?

Onagi does not do this. The trading permission is used for trades, moves between your own pockets and fees. Sending to another address is always your own action, confirmed by you in the app and signed by your own wallet. The Terms describe the safeguards in full.

Does splitting my tokens across wallets get me more?

No extra gross share, provided every wallet still qualifies. Extra transfer fees can reduce what you receive. See proportional allocation.

Do I have to use the agent?

No. Trade any listed market yourself, or simply hold ONAGI. The agent is optional, and nothing it prepares runs until you confirm it.

Can I tell the agent what to do?

Yes. With its switch on, ask for a trade and confirm the prepared order. The same safety checks apply.

Does the team take a share of platform fees?

Yes. The published treasury allocation pays for servers, infrastructure and the team. Its wallet and movements are public.

Where is the money kept?

Your money is in Cash, Perps and Predict. Collected platform fees are in the public treasury; unclaimed creator fees remain in Pons escrow.

How do I check the current rules?

The record file carries current reward settings. Release checks compare documented rates with code; transaction hashes verify what was sent.
